The Neverending Pile Challenge 'Most Expensive' - Chanel Surprise with swirly stamping
My second challenge mani today. Today's theme on the Neverending Pile Challenge is 'Most Expensive'. I chose Chanel Surprise for this theme, which cost me about $35. I've had this polish for more than 10 years, and although this is not technically my 'untried', it is untried for me in a way I haven't tried it on since I re-discovered my love for polish last year.This is 2 thick coats of Chanel Surprise. On thumb and accent nails, I painted OPI Catherine the Grape, which happens to be another untried. I then added studs and some swirly stamping using BuNa-A plate that I bought recently.
Chanel Surprise applies not so bad for such an old polish, but it's got some lumpy bits and takes forever to dry. I felt motivated to use this polish thanks to this challenge, but I'm not sure if I would want to use it again!
２回目のチャレンジネイル、本日のテーマは「Most Expensive=最も高価なポリッシュ」であります。去年ネイルに再ハマリしてからは１本１０００円以上のポリッシュはほとんど買っていないのですが、１０年以上前は結構高価なポリッシュ買ってました。シャネルとかディオールとか。
今回はChanel Surpriseというシャンパンゴールドのポリッシュを選定。定価で買ったので３５００円ぐらいだったと思います。このチャレンジは未使用ポリッシュを使うのが趣旨なのですが、このポリッシュはネイル熱再燃後は付けてないので、そういう意味で「未使用」と解釈。

さすがに10年以上前のポリッシュだけあって、ボトルの中で小さなダマが出来てたりあまりいい状態ではありませんでした^_^; 乾きも遅いし。

ちなみに今回使ったプレート、新しく買ったものです。購入先はネイルブロガーでもあるBunny Nailsさん。

このプレートはBuNa-Aというプレート。送料込みで17.99ドルです。最初高いかな？と思ったんですが、使える柄が多いのと送料込みだったので購入に踏み切りました。追跡も付いて２週間ぐらいで到着しました。

ちなみに柄のサイズはこんな感じ。20mm x 25mmとかなり大きいです。私の爪はだいたい13mm x 18mmなので十分な大きさ。今回使った柄は一番左の列の２段目のやつです。

中指のシャンパンゴールドｘブロンズの色の組み合わせがなかなか気に入りました(ﾟ∀ﾟ) ソフトな感じに仕上がったんじゃないかと。

というわけでチャレンジネイルでした＼(^o^)／ Chanel Surpriseは以前かなり愛用していたようで、もう残り３０％程度です。悪い色じゃないのでさっさと使い切りたいと思います^_^;
