Hi everyone!
My name is Yuri but I use the name 'Cassis' when I blog. I'm from Japan but currently live in a little town in Victoria, Australia with my Aussie husband.
I started painting my nail when I was at Uni. I never used to do any sort of nail art back then - just used one polish to paint all nails. I think I only had about 20 or so nail polishes. My passion for nails gradually toned down as other factors in life got more important - until June 2013 when it suddenly sparked again.
I was in Kmart with my husband and walked by a stand full of Sinful Colors. I thought, 'Huumm, nail polish. I haven't painted my nails for 10 years.' So I picked up one I like (which was Sinful Colors 'Gorgeous') and brought home.
That one polish ignited my passion for nails once again. I have since learned about nail arts, nail stamping, and frankening. What a fabulous world I've been missing out on!

改めまして自己紹介を。本名は「ゆり」、ブログでは「カシス」を名乗っています。現在はオーストラリアのビクトリア州の片田舎にオージー夫とともに住んでいます。
ネイルにハマったのは大学生のとき。当時はもっぱら単色塗りで、所有ポリッシュ数も20本ぐらいだったと思います。大学を出て社会人となり、国際結婚して慣れない海外暮らしをしていく中で徐々にネイルに対する情熱も薄れていきました。10年ぐらいは素爪で過ごしたと思います。
2013年6月。Kmartで買い物中に何気なく通りかかったSinful Colorsのスタンド。「そういえば爪塗らなくなってだいぶ経つなぁ」と思い、その中から１本だけ買いました。Sinful ColorsのGorgeousというポリッシュでした。
その何気ない買い物でネイル熱が再燃。程なくしてネイルスタンピングやフランケンについて知るようになり、「こんな素晴らしい世界があったなんて！」とめくるめくネイルの世界に引き込まれていきました。
